IN                 between the various cuisines of China, the most popular is China                  a la minute                 cooking, cook directly in just a few minutes. One of them fu yung hai. This menu is suited to serve you at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with or without rice. 
                 Material:
                 Chicken egg 2 egg, beaten 
                 100 gr chicken meat, chopped 
                 10 peeled shrimp tails, chopped 
                 3 pieces of cabbage, chopped small 
                 100 g carrots, chopped small 
                 1 green onion pieces, chopped small 
                 2 tbsp sago flour 
                 ½ teaspoon                  baking powder
                 Spices:
                 Garlic powder /                  garlic powder                 ½ tsp 
                 Salt and pepper to taste 
                 Complement:
                 Garlic /                  garlic powder                 ½ tsp 
                 2 tbsp tomato sauce 
                 1 teaspoon vinegar 
                 ½ tablespoon granulated sugar 
                 1 tsp oyster sauce 
                 ½ tbsp sago flour and ½ cup water, dissolve 
                 How to make:
                 1. Shake ingredients and spices together, then pour in 1 minute in hot oil (to drown). Try to mature evenly, lift, drain. Transfer to a plate. 
                 2. Stir supplementary materials, heat briefly. Above Siramkan fu yung hai.
