Carp Asam Manis

Almost the whole world there is a restaurant / bar / restaurant / cafe serving dish China. For those of you who idolize or want to try popular dishes that tend to China easily presented, sweet and sour carp menu could be one option.

Material:
1 carp fish (8 ounces)
Clean, take the meat. Fillet both sides, spreading thinly sliced into several parts.

Complement:
100 g pineapple, sliced
100 gr onions, sliced
2 large red chilli pieces, seeded, sliced
2 green chilli pieces, seeded, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed

Spices:
Garlic powder / garlic powder ½ tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Enough flour

Sauce (mix together)
Garlic / garlic powder ½ tsp
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sago flour and ½ cup water, dissolve

How to make:
1. Season the fish and sprinkle with flour. Fry a little dry, drain, transfer to a plate.
2. Saute complementary materials. Give salt and pepper, stir briefly. Pour the sauce, stir again.
3. Sprinkle over the fried fish.
