WITH ingredients gelatin and water / milk and sugar to pemanisnya, pudding deserves as one of the favorite dishes. Even today pudding increasingly popular because the culinary world has emerged a variety of views and a sense of pudding creations of culinary experts and practitioners.
Cake Ingredients:
1 ½ recipe cake mix 2
Pandan paste 1 tablespoon
Pudding white foam:
600 ml of liquid milk
1 ½ BKS gelatin powder white
100 grams sugar
75 ml egg whites, beaten stiff
Red sponge pudding:
400 ml of liquid milk
75 grams sugar
1 BKS gelatin powder white
50 ml egg whites, beaten stiff
1 drop of red dye
Grass jelly 50 grams of black, diced small
Material cake 2:
2 chicken eggs
35 grams of refined sugar (caster)
1 teaspoon cake elmusifier (such as ovalet and sp)
25 grams of wheat flour proteins were
45 grams butter, melted
How to make cake 2:
1. Mix eggs, sugar, cake elmusifier, and flour together. Beat until white, expands and thickens.
2. Pour the melted butter, and gently mix together using a spatula or wooden spoon.
3. Prepare 30x24x2 cm square pan, basting with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour.
4. Pour the batter into it, smooth.
5. Bake in oven at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes until cooked, remove and let cool.
How to make watermelon pudding cake:
1. Cake: mix the dough with pandan paste. Pour into pan and bake in the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes until cooked.
2. Pudding white foam: boiled milk, gelatin, and sugar until boiling.
3. Enter into the beaten egg whites, mix well.
4. Red sponge pudding: boiled milk, sugar, and gelatin until boiling.
5. Enter into the beaten egg whites and add the coloring and stir well. Add Grass jelly.
6. Solution: enter into a cake pan half circle pairs dismantle 22 cm, trim the sides.
7. Place the small pan on the cake. Pour the pudding of white foam, refrigerate until half-hardened.
8. Take a small pan, pour the pudding into the red foam and white pudding, let cool until hardened.
9. Cut to taste, serve cold.
