Black Forest

WHO had never heard of the famous cake called black forest? This cake is delicious that became a favorite with many people. Enjoyment increased sense of perfect black forest with a variety of additional ingredients in it, call it blueberry, chocolate, strawberry, and so on. Also because of the perfection of appearance, black forest is always present at special moments. Serve the black forest also for weekend time with family.

Material:
100 grams of wheat flour
40 g cornstarch
90 grams of brown powder
8 eggs
200 grams sugar
1 tablespoon SP
¼ teaspoon vanilla
100 grams butter, melted

Decoration Materials:
500 grams of butter cream (made from a mixture of white butter and sweetened condensed milk is whipped until stiff)
100 g dark cooking chocolate, shaved, for garnish
15 red cherry
150 grams blueberry jam
75 ml of sugar solution (made from 75 grams of sugar consumed 50 ml of hot water, stirring until dissolved)

How to make:
1. Mix the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and vanilla, stir well, sieve, set aside.
2. Beat eggs, sugar and SP until thick and fluffy. Enter the flour mixture, down flat. Add melted butter, mix well.
3. Pour the batter into the pan diameter 20 cm, and then bake in oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, lift. Let stand for 5 minutes, remove from pan, and chill.
4. Cut cake crosswise into two parts. Sprinkle with sugar solution into the surface of the cake, then spread with butter cream.
5. Add blueberry jam on the other piece of cake, smooth. Reunite this cake slices.
6. Grease all surfaces with a butter cream cake, then decorate with the dark chocolate shaved cooking until all the surface covered. Spray butter cream, then decorated with red cherries.
7. Cut to taste, serve.
