Strawberry Pie

FRUIT strawberries became a favorite with many people. It was a sour-sweet taste to invite my tongue to keep chewing. Not to mention the content of vitamins good for body health. No wonder the strawberries into a variety of confectionery additives, especially snack for children. Baby would not be refused if you give him an ice cream or strawberry biscuits. Why do not you present this week for a strawberry pie with baby holiday?

Leather Material:
125 grams butter
75 grams powdered sugar
1 yolk
250 grams flour

Contents:
100 g whipping cream
200 ml of cold liquid milk
100 g strawberry jam

Topping:
Strawberry taste.

How to Make:
1. Prepare the pie mold, spread with margarine. Set aside.
2. Beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Enter the egg yolks, beat until blended.
3. Enter the flour, mix well. Minced pie dough and print. Roll out pie dough in print. Stab-stab with a fork and bake in oven 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked. Remove and chill.
4. Contents: Beat whipping cream and milk until the liquid thickens, put strawberry jam, stirring until blended.
5. Spoon the batter into the plastic content of the triangle, then spray into the pie, decorate top with strawberry slices. Serve.
