Cap Cay

From the many fast-food menus as we know, one of them is Chinese food. Cap cay is a Chinese food menu that has been popular in our society. Includes a variety of vegetables plus a variant protein, cap cay into a full menu in every sajiannya the family dinner table.

Material:
6 pea fruit, remove the fiber
Caisim 2 strands, sliced
1 piece of cabbage, sliced
Onion leaves 1 fruit, sliced
Carrots 50 grams, boiled, sliced
100 grams cauliflower, boiled, sliced
1 fruit baby corn, sliced
4 mushroom fruit, boiled, sliced
Cloud ear fungus 50 grams, boiled, sliced

Spices:
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tbsp fish sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tbsp sago flour and ½ cup water, dissolve

Complement:
100 gr chicken meat, sliced
Baso cow 2 fruit, sliced
1 brains of fruit, sliced
1 tail squid, cleaned, sliced, boiled briefly

How to make:
Mix all ingredients in a skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve.
